Off Season: June 1 thru December 21: $149-$225

3 night minimum on weekends and during Peak Season (Dec 22-May 31) unless there is a 1-2 night gap between reservations.

Rates and minimum stays may vary during Holidays & special events.

Deposits:

• To reserve within 6 months of arrival, 1 night (plus 12.5% tax) is charged.
• To reserve 6 months out or further, a 50% deposit is required.
• For reservations greater than 7 nights, a 50% deposit is required.
• Reservations made within 20 days of arrival must be paid in full.
